PRM’s moulding process has the added design advantage of producing consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners that are virtually stress free. The company can also offer additional product strength during fabrication, integrating reinforcing ribs if additional strength performance is required. The hallmark of PRM is its ability to integrate custom requirements to meet design specifications. Key design characteristics that can be integrated include inserts, threads, handles, minor undercuts, flat surfaces that eliminate draft angles and fine surface detail. Designers also have the option of multi-wall moulding that can be either hollow or foam filled. PRM’s strict quality control standards ensure its plastic water tanks continue to be among the most revered in the market. The high-quality, food-grade polyethylene used in the manufacturing process not only prevents the water inside the tank from being compromised, but also ensures the longevity of the tank itself. PRM offers a variety of water tank capacities starting from 225 litres and up to 25,000 litres. All PRM tanks are made from UV resistant material, are food grade to meet the Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries standards and comply with ASTM / NZASTM 0-1998-91 standards.
